You can find us at Sarathi Society, specifically in unit 103/2. This is over in Mahatma Fule Nagar along the Chikhali Road in Chinchwad. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside on the street. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. We have been based here in the 411019 area for a good bit of time. The office is basically where all the planning happens for Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. It’s a lot of meetings, phone calls, and looking at blueprints. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few dedicated people who know the local area well. The building itself is quite traditional for this part of Pune. We use the space to coordinate our construction work and meet with contractors. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There is a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but that is part of being in a developing area like Chinchwad. We usually keep the doors open to let some air in when the weather is nice. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything. It's just a place to work and talk to anyone who drops by with questions. Life here is pretty steady. We start early and stay until the work for the day is mostly wrapped up. It’s an honest way to spend the time here in the city.
