We are based out of Sudha Sughand on the ground floor, specifically unit D-002. Our office is right on the Pune Solapur Road in the Hadapsar area. Being on the ground floor is handy because people don’t have to hunt for elevators or stairs to find us. Hadapsar is a busy part of Pune-21, and the road outside is almost always full of cars and buses. Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. has a solid presence here. The office itself is quite simple. We have some desks pushed together and a small area where we sit down with visitors. It’s not a very big space, but it serves our purposes for managing the local development projects. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. You’ll often find us drinking tea and discussing the latest updates from the different construction sites. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, so it can get a bit warm, but we manage just fine. We’ve lived and worked around this part of Pune for a long time, so we’re used to the pace. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big posters on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars, some architectural drawings, and a few dusty folders. It’s a real, working office where we try to stay on top of everything that needs doing. Having the Pune Solapur Road right there makes it easy to head out whenever we need to check on things.
