We are located over at B-24, Archana Heights. It's a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the Kailash Super Shoppy is in Viman Nagar. Most people just use that as a landmark when they’re coming to see us. Being here in Pune keeps us quite busy. Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. has been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle our paperwork and meet with folks about different projects. Some days it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We spend most of our time looking over site plans or answering the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets filled with old folders. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stacks of paper get a little high when we have a lot going on at once. The staff here is mostly local people, so we know the Viman Nagar area really well. If you walk past the shoppy, you’ll see our sign eventually. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure the projects are moving along like they should be. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve got some good neighbors in the building who we see every day.
