Our office is located at Patil Heritage in Bhosale Nagar. It’s Flat No. B-2. If you know Pune-07, you know Bhosale Nagar is a pretty established area. It’s got a lot of trees and is generally quieter than the city center. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The building itself has that classic Pune feel that you don't find much anymore. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to architects. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with folders and rolls of paper. We don't have a dress code; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for visiting a dusty construction site. We like being in Bhosale Nagar because it’s central but doesn’t feel too cramped. Sometimes we walk over to the local park for a break when things get too stressful. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy "About Us" page written by professionals. We just wanted to let people know where we are. We handle the paperwork and the planning for various projects around the city. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings, but it’s what we know how to do. If you ever need to find us, just look for Patil Heritage. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping things moving along as best we can.
