We’re based out of Kharadi, specifically at Flat No 23 in Satyam Shivam Apartment. You have to look for Vijayalaxmi Associates to find the right building. It’s right behind the Sainath Nagar PMT stop. If you take the bus, it’s a short walk from where you get off. Kharadi is a busy area these days with all the new buildings coming up. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is more like a home converted into a workspace. It makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a cold skyscraper. We handle development projects from this little spot. Sometimes we have people coming in to ask about plots or construction updates. The apartment building is a bit older, but it serves us well. There’s a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but that’s Pune for you. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the neighborhood. We’ve been at this for many years now. It’s funny how the area has grown since we first moved into Satyam Shivam. Back then, there wasn’t nearly as much traffic behind the PMT stop. Now, it’s always moving. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have on hand. It's a practical way to run a business. There is always a lot of tea and coffee going around.
