Up in Dhankawadi, specifically the Sambhajinagar area, that’s where you’ll find our office. We are at B 12, Svy No 26/25. It’s the Upper Dhankawadi side of Pune. The office is pretty simple. We don't have a big reception area or those fancy coffee machines you see in movies. We just have a kettle and some desks. Being developers in Pune means we spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where the planning happens. The neighborhood is quite lively. There are always people walking around and bikes zooming past the window. We’ve been working in this area for a long time now. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here sometimes if the traffic is bad, but once you’re here, it’s a good spot. We deal with all sorts of building projects. It's not always easy, especially when permits take forever, but we manage somehow. My brother used to live not too far from here, so I know the shortcuts through the side streets. We try to be helpful when people stop by with questions. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about being reliable in the local community. We’ve seen Pune 411043 change quite a bit over the last decade. It’s been interesting to be a part of that growth and watch the city expand. We just keep doing our thing every day.
