Our office is tucked away in Kumar Parisar, over in Kothrud. We are in B-3, Flat 803. If you’re coming by bus, it’s really close to the Sahajanand Bus Stop, which makes it easy for the staff to get in every morning. Pune traffic can be a real headache, especially in Kothrud, so being near the stop helps a lot. We’ve been operating from this flat for some time now. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which we prefer. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a desk. We deal with various property matters around the city. The windows give a decent view of the neighborhood, and you can hear the birds in the morning before the traffic really starts up. We keep a lot of maps and files stacked up in the corner because there is always something to look up. It’s a busy place, but we take our time to explain things to anyone who walks in. We don't have a big reception area, so visitors usually just sit with us in the main room. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen in the back. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the work at hand and don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different people and making sure the details are right. It’s a lot of work but we like the location.
