Knight Frank India

Knight Frank India has an office in Koregaon Park. We are in the Ganga Commercial building, which is on the 5th Lane, just off North Main Road. It’s a pretty well-known part of Pune. Koregaon Park is always busy with people and cars, and the 5th Lane has its own vibe. Our space in Ganga Commercial is where we keep all our files and do our daily planning. It’s a decent building, nothing too old but not brand new either. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. There’s usually a bit of a buzz in the office with everyone talking at once. It’s not a quiet library, that’s for sure. We have a few desks squeezed in and some chairs for visitors, though it can get a bit tight if too many people show up at once. The view from the windows is mostly just other buildings and the trees lining the lane. We like being in this neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab a quick coffee or lunch. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we’ve seen the area change a bit over the years. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the paperwork that comes with the job. It’s a standard office setup where we put in our hours and try to stay organized.
