Our office is at D-4/4 in Ganga Heights, over on Mundwa Road in the Pingale Wasti area of Pune. We go by Knight Frank India Pvt. Ltd. The building is pretty easy to find once you know where you’re going. It’s a regular office space where we spend most of our hours. There’s usually a bit of dust from the road, but we don't mind much. We focus on the property market here in Pune, which has been booming for years. We spend our mornings going through emails and then usually spend the afternoons out on the road. Pingale Wasti is a busy place, and there’s always something new being built nearby. Our desks are a bit messy with notes and old coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We aren’t into the whole corporate polish thing; we just talk to people like normal neighbors. If someone needs to know about a lease or a piece of land, we look it up and give them the facts. It’s not complicated, but it takes a lot of time to get it right. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels like things are actually happening here. We just show up every day, do the property checks, and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different local rules, but we've got a system that works for us and we just stick to it every day.
