We’re set up in Pethkar Plaza on Makhmala Baad Road. It’s in the Panchavati area, specifically near Nashik Phata Kasarwadi in Pune. If you’re looking for us, the SBI Bank nearby is the easiest way to tell you’re in the right spot. We do construction work, so as you can imagine, things around here can get a bit hectic. There are always phone calls coming in about materials or sites. Our office is a place to handle the paperwork and meet people. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or expensive furniture. We have desks that have seen better days and a lot of blueprints. Being in the 411034 area of Pune is good for us. It’s a hub of activity. We’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s hard work, but we like seeing things get built. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a few people over at once. We usually have some tea going. We aren’t really interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business running. Most of our days are spent coordinating between different people. It’s a lot of logistical stuff. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just a regular crew working hard. We aren't flashy, just focused on the bricks and mortar side of things. There's always a bit of dust on our boots. It is what it is.
