K.K. Constructions

You can find K.K. Constructions over in the Parvati Payatha area of Pune. We are based inside the Bhagyashree Housing Society. It is a quiet residential area, which is a nice change of pace from the louder parts of the city. We have a small office there where we handle all our business. It is not a huge corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about our building projects. Pune-58 is our home, and we’ve been working out of this society for quite a while. Most of the people living around here know us. When you come to the office, you will see it’s a very down-to-earth setup. We have some desks, a few computers, and lots of folders for all the different jobs we are working on. We don’t go in for big marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just enjoy the work and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. Usually, we start the day early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a lot of planning and making sure our crews have what they need. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when we have several projects going at once, but we manage. Being in Bhagyashree Housing Society gives us a good base to operate from. We are just local builders doing our thing in Pune.
