K.K. Associates

We have been running K.K. Associates out of our office in Pune for quite some time now. You can find us at Rakshak Nagar, specifically in Phase II of the Chandan Nagar area. Chandrashekhar Vijapure is the one who handles the day-to-day operations here. We are located in Building Number 4, and our office is Flat G-1 on the ground floor. It is a simple place, nothing too flashy or corporate. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files related to the work we do. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need to talk to us. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet, which is nice when we have a lot of paperwork to get through. Sometimes the roads around Chandan Nagar get a bit crowded during the rush hour, but our spot in Rakshak Nagar is easy enough to locate once you are in the vicinity. We don't spend a lot of money on expensive decorations or big signs. We prefer to just keep things organized and focus on the tasks at hand. Usually, there is someone here from morning until evening, though we do head out for meetings around Pune fairly often. It is a practical setup that works for the kind of associates we are. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by the office.
