K.J.Engineering P. Ltd

K.J.Engineering P. Ltd is based in Flat No 22 of the Padmavati Apptt. You can find us on Suncity Road in the Anand Nager area of Pune. It’s a residential part of the city, so our office is inside an apartment building. It’s not one of those big, cold office blocks. It feels much more personal. We have been here for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a climb up to Flat 22, but we don't mind. The space is filled with engineering drawings, computers, and a lot of old files. We are a small group and we’ve been working together for years. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby with magazines. If someone comes to see us, they just knock on the door and we put the kettle on. Suncity Road can get quite busy with traffic, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s mostly quiet. We don't spend our time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the engineering projects we have on our desks. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from others in Pune. We like keeping things simple and honest. We just do the work, send out the bills, and start on the next thing. It’s a decent way to run a small engineering firm in a city like Pune. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay organized with all the projects we handle.
