Kishor Developers, Pine

This is the office for Kishor Developers, Pine, located over in Sahkar Nagar. We are in the A Wing of the building, Flat No 103, which is a quiet spot for the most part. The address says 42/10 and it’s a standard residential area where we’ve set up our workspace. Dealing with development projects means we’re often out and about, but the flat is where we come back to sort out the documents and meet with people who are interested in the new plots. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work with some extra chairs. We’ve been focusing on this part of the city for a while now. The walls are mostly covered with maps of the local area and some photos of completed projects. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a practical place to get the job done. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello or ask about what we’re building next. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking land records or talking to the municipal office about clearances. It’s a slow process sometimes, and you have to be patient with all the red tape. My desk is right by the window so I can see who is coming and going in the parking lot. We keep some basic brochures on the coffee table but mostly it’s just us talking through the details with anyone who drops by.
