Kishor Desai Foundation

The Kishor Desai Foundation is based out of Model Colony in Pune. We are in the Sky One building, T-1, specifically in flat number 501. It is right near Symbiosis, so the whole neighborhood is always full of students and young people walking around. Model Colony has that classic Pune feel, but with several newer buildings like ours popping up lately. Being on the fifth floor is nice because it keeps us away from the immediate street noise. We moved into this spot at S NO 1062 a few years back. The office is not very large, just enough space for our desks and a few cupboards where we store all our records. Usually, we meet here in the late mornings to go over what needs to be done. The parking can be a real headache around here, especially when classes are in session at the college, but we manage. Most of the people who help out live nearby in Pune, so it is a fairly easy commute for the team. We do not have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just Kishor Desai Foundation paperwork scattered around. We tend to drink a lot of tea while going through our daily tasks. The weather in Pune is mostly pleasant, though when the monsoon hits, we have to make sure the windows in flat 501 are shut tight. It is a comfortable and practical space for us.
