Kirti Developers

This is our spot over at Shri Prayagdham Hospital in Uruli Kanchan. Nibu K Varghese and Soby C I are the ones you’ll usually find around here or at least they are the ones looking after this branch of Kirti Developers. We are based in the Purandham Po area of Pune. It’s a busy little corner because of the hospital, so there is always something going on outside our window. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to contractors about the various sites we have going. It’s not the most exciting work every day, but it’s what we do. The office is straightforward, nothing fancy, just a place to keep the files and meet with people when needed. Being in Maharashtra, we have to deal with a lot of different regulations, so that keeps us pretty occupied. We try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit messy sometimes with all the site plans. It’s a good location for us because it’s central to where we need to be. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group trying to get the building work done right. If you ever find yourself near the hospital, you’ll probably see our sign. We’ve been working out of this Pune address for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We just take it one day at a time here.
