We operate out of Kovelil House in the Othera area of Tiruvalla. It is a local place in Pathanamthitta where we handle our development business. If you know the Othera post office, we aren't too far from there. Kerala weather can be unpredictable, so some days are slower than others when the rain really picks up. We focus on our local projects and try to be helpful when people come by with questions about land or building work. It’s a small operation here. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local plots we are working on. Being in a place like Tiruvalla means we know most of the neighbors and how things work around here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the construction side of things stays on track. It gets quiet in the afternoons but that’s when we get the most paperwork finished.
