We've been working out of the office near Prayagdham Hospital in Uruli Kanchan for a while now. It's a quiet spot just outside the main Pune city rush. Mostly, we handle the day-to-day paperwork and planning for our building projects right here in the Purandham area. Santosh Varghese helps manage things at this branch. It’s not a fancy glass office or anything like that, just a practical space where we get our work done and meet with people who need to talk about their property stuff. Sometimes the hospital gets busy so parking is a bit of a gamble, but we like it here. We try to keep things simple for anyone who walks in. The address is 412 202 if you’re looking for the mail code. Honestly, most of our day is spent looking over blueprints or dealing with the local municipal requirements which can take forever. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping the projects moving along as best as we can. If you are coming from Pune city, it’s a bit of a drive but the road isn't too bad most days. We usually have someone in the office during normal hours, though we might be out at a site every now and then. It’s just how things go when you’re building stuff. We have been in this part of Maharashtra for some time and know the area pretty well. It's home for us now.
