You can find us in Alandi, which is near Pune, right at the Gyaneshwar Mandir. We operate from the home of Dilip Prasade. It’s a very local way of doing things, but it works for us. Since we’re right by the temple, there’s always a lot of energy and people around. We focus on property development in this area. Our office is just a room with some chairs and a table where we can look at land maps and legal documents. It’s not corporate at all. You might hear the temple bells or the sounds of the street while we’re talking about a project. We like being in Alandi because it feels like home. We don’t wear suits or have a fancy sign outside. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. People know Dilip and they know where to find us if they want to talk about land or building something new. We spend a lot of time walking around different plots and talking to the local folks. It’s a hands-on job. Sometimes we have to wait for paperwork or deal with the heat, but that’s just how it goes. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. Development is a slow process and we just take it one step at a time. We’re just a small group of people trying to help grow this area in a way that makes sense for everyone.
