Our office is over in Indore, specifically at Flat No B-1 in the Viswasuman Apartments. It’s situated at 124 Vishnupuri. It’s a residential building so it’s not your typical glass-and-steel office tower. We kind of prefer it that way, it’s more grounded. Being in Vishnupuri means we are close to the local markets and everything else. Kirloskar Brothers has been operating from this apartment for a while now. We handle a lot of the pump and valve stuff that the brand is known for. The space is a bit lived-in, with catalogs and spare parts tucked away in corners. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are processed and the customers get what they need. Indore can be quite a busy place, but once you get inside the apartment it’s relatively quiet. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes we just sit and talk about the day's work. We don't have any marketing experts or big sales teams sitting here. It’s just us doing the admin and technical support. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit moody, but we manage.
