Kirloskar Brothers Ltd

This branch is located at Aswathy Bhavan in Karimpinpuza. It’s a bit of a name to say, but if you’re from around Puthoor in Kollam, you know where Karrickal is. We operate out of this house-turned-office. It feels more like a home than a big corporate building, which is actually kind of nice. The rain in Kerala keeps things green outside our windows, though it makes the roof noisy sometimes. We handle the local distribution and support for Kirloskar products here. Mostly pumps and agricultural gear since there are so many farms nearby. We keep regular hours, usually opening up after the morning rush. The desks are piled with files and there's always a smell of motor oil or old paper in the air. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to the farmers and mechanics who come by. Sometimes we have to travel out to sites if a pump isn't working right. It’s practical work. No one here wears a tie unless there's a very big meeting, which doesn't happen often. We just focus on getting the right equipment to the people who need it. It’s not flashy, but it’s our daily life and we are happy with that. We manage the paperwork and keep our logs updated without any fuss.
