You can find Kinetic Communications Ltd down in the MIDC Chinchwad area, specifically at G-92 in the D-III Block. Being in an industrial zone means our days are mostly filled with the sounds of nearby machinery and the constant flow of trucks going past our gate. Our building is a practical space where we handle different types of communication equipment and technical projects. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of wiring that we try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way during a busy week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at diagrams. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where the staff gets on with their tasks. We have a small area for tea breaks which is where most of the actual talking happens. Working in Chinchwad means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there is always a sense of everyone just getting their hands dirty and doing the work. Sometimes the power flickers or the internet acts up, and we all just sit there for a minute before getting back to it. It’s a steady kind of life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy lobby furniture. We just focus on the hardware and the systems we manage, making sure the orders are processed and the technical stuff is sorted out before we head home.
