Kimaya Associates

Kimaya Associates is located on the second floor of Sukhawani Chambers, which is building number 37 in Pimpri. We are right on Station Road, so the area is always buzzing with people coming and going. It’s a very busy part of town, especially when the trains are running frequently. Our office is a straightforward space. It’s not very big, and we’ve filled it with desks and shelves that are starting to bow under the weight of all our old records. We don’t have any of that modern office furniture you see in magazines. Most of our stuff is stuff we’ve gathered over the years. The light coming through the windows is decent in the morning, but we usually have the overheads on most of the day. The hallway outside can be a bit dark, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We don't have a lot of time for small talk or making things look pretty. There is usually someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of order, which makes the walk up to the second floor a bit of a workout. We just take it in stride. It’s a practical location for us, and we’ve grown to like the chaos of Station Road. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in every day.
