Kheraj Machine Tools

Our office is up on the second floor of Vishnu Bhavan, which is right in Budhwar Peth. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't familiar with the area, as the address also links back to J P Nagar 8th Phase, BDA 2nd Stage. We share the building with a few other businesses, so there is always people coming and going on the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly shelves of tools and parts. We deal with machine tools, so there is a lot of heavy stuff lying around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. We spend a lot of time talking to mechanics and shop owners who need specific pieces for their machines. Sometimes we have to spend hours looking through old catalogs or calling around to find exactly what a customer needs. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep it simple. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to be the place people can rely on when they need a tool that actually works. The light in the office isn't great, but it does the job. Most of us have been here for years, so we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just answer the phone, help the person on the other end, and move on. It’s a quiet but busy existence here at Kheraj Machine Tools.
