Shri Sai Industries

Our place is located at Get No. 258 in Kharabwadi. It is part of the Somwanshi Industries area on the Chakan Talegaon Road. If you are living or working in Tal Khed, you probably already know the general area. It is a very busy stretch of road with a lot of traffic. We started Shri Sai Industries because we wanted to do something local. The shed we work in is quite large. We have a few machines running through the day. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait a bit. That is just part of life in Pune. The workers are mostly guys from the nearby villages. We usually eat our lunch together under the big tree outside when the weather isn't too hot. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people nearby who need something specific done. We try to be fair with our prices. The office is just a small room with a desk and some old chairs for visitors. It gets a bit warm in the summer months. We keep water in the clay pots to stay cool. Tal Khed has a lot of factories now, so the morning commute is always a bit of a mess. We usually start our day early to avoid the worst of the truck traffic. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't have a website. Just the address and a landline that rings when someone needs us.
