If you head down Lane No. 4 in the Ganpati Society at Kharadi, you’ll find Triveni Plastics at S. No. 10. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling area but we’ve been here for a good while. The lane is narrow, so when we have a delivery, it can get a bit crowded with the neighbors' cars. We try to be quick about it so nobody gets annoyed. Inside, it’s mostly storage for plastic goods. We have stacks of items reaching almost to the ceiling. It’s not a fancy showroom by any means. It’s more of a working warehouse where we spend our time counting stock and packing things up for customers. The floor is concrete and we’ve got some old fans that squeak when they’re on. We don’t really do big marketing stuff. Most of our business comes from people in the Kharadi area or folks who have been buying from us for years. Sometimes I sit outside on a plastic crate during my break just to watch the traffic go by. It’s a simple business. We don’t have fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just open up in the morning, see what needs to be shipped out, and get it done. The days can be long, but we’re a small group and we get along well enough. It’s just a normal local business doing its thing in the neighborhood.
