Cabinet Systems Controls Private Limited is situated at S. No. 27/2/2, right off the Pune Nagar Road. We are tucked in behind the Relax Hotel in the Kharadi area. If you know Kharadi, you know it has grown like crazy with all the IT parks, but we are in a more industrial pocket. We build electrical control panels and cabinets here. It is mostly a lot of wiring, drilling holes in metal sheets, and fitting switches into place. The workshop is usually full of half-wired panels standing in rows. We have a lot of different colored wires running everywhere before they get neatly tucked into the conduits. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of patience and a lot of standing up. Being behind the hotel means it’s a little quieter than being right on the main highway, which is nice when you’re trying to read a complicated circuit diagram. We’ve been in this spot for some time and have seen the buildings around us go up one by one. Our team is mostly local guys who know their way around a multimeter and a screwdriver. We don't do much in the way of fancy branding; we just put the panels together and make sure everything clicks into place like it should. Usually, there is a lot of tea and some small talk while we work through the afternoon heat in the shed.
