Khaitan Electricals Limited has its office over in Kondhwa, Pune. We are in Flat 301 of the A/14 building at Brahma Avenue. It is really close to the Bramha Estate, which is a big landmark around here. Working in Pune 48 means dealing with the city traffic every morning. Once you get inside the building, it’s much calmer and quieter. We do our electrical business activities from this flat. It is a bit of a mix between an office and a regular home feel. We have desks set up where the living room would be. The kitchen is mostly just for tea and coffee now. We get a lot of mail and deliveries here. It is a practical spot for us because the location is central to many of our clients. Sometimes the elevator in Building A/14 is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our team is small and we’ve been working together in this space for some time. We don’t have big neon signs or anything like that. Just a small plate on the door with the name. It’s an honest way to run a business. We keep our records in metal cabinets and try to keep the dust off the equipment. The view from the window shows more of the Kondhwa skyline. It’s a pretty typical Pune neighborhood, busy and constantly moving. We just focus on our daily electrical work and keeping everything running as smoothly as possible for the people who rely on us.
