Kenjale Promoter & Builder is based right here in Pune. You can find us at Flat No. 17 in the Rohan Park Society. We are very close to the Padmavati Mandir, which is a big landmark around here. If you know the Padmavati area, finding Rohan Park isn’t too difficult. Our office is inside the residential building, so it has a very local, lived-in feel to it. You have to take the stairs or the lift up to the seventeenth flat. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us well enough. We usually have maps or blueprints lying around on the big table. Outside, you can often hear the bells from the temple or the sound of traffic from the main road. Pune is always moving, but inside Flat 17, we just focus on whatever project is on the desk that day. The balcony looks out over the rooftops of other buildings in the society. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for visitors. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it and some people working inside. It’s been our home for a while. Being near the mandir makes it easy to give directions. People just say “near Padmavati Mandir” and everyone knows where that is. We like being part of this Pune neighborhood and doing our thing without much fuss.
