Kenersys (India)

You can find Kenersys (India) on the 7th floor of the Business Plaza on North Main Road. We’re right in Koregaon Park, situated next to the Westin Hotel. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a pretty good view of the neighborhood, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer. It’s a professional building, but our actual office feels pretty lived-in. We have files everywhere and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. We work on energy-related stuff, so there’s always some technical discussion happening in the corner. We aren't the type of people who wear ties every day. It’s a lot of engineers and planners just trying to figure things out. The traffic on North Main Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so some of us stay late just to avoid the gridlock. There’s a lot of energy in this part of town with all the restaurants and shops, but once you’re up in the office, it’s mostly just focused work. We share the floor with a few other companies, so you see different people in the hallways. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have our tasks for the week and we try to get through them without too many glitches. It’s a decent place to spend the day with people who know what they're doing.
