Our office and workspace for Kbk Chemical Engineering Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Bavdhan at 33/34. It’s more of a functional place than anything else. We spend our hours looking at designs, handling paperwork, and dealing with the technical side of things. It’s not the kind of place that looks flashy from the outside. Bavdhan has become quite busy lately, but our corner stays relatively focused on the work at hand. Inside, there are desks covered in drawings and files, and the sound of computers running is pretty much the background noise of our lives. We have meetings that go on too long sometimes, mostly about project details or supply issues. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight for everyone. We’ve been at this location for a good while, so we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on the roof, and we have to speak up to be heard. It’s a straightforward engineering setup. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Just chairs, tables, and the equipment we need to get the job done. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know each other’s habits. We just keep our heads down and handle the engineering tasks as they come in. It’s steady work in a quiet part of the city.
