K.B.Developer, Pune is located at Bhirat Chal, which is in Shitole Nagar in the Old Sanghvi area of Pune. The address is simple, and so is our office. It’s in a chawl, so space is something we have to be smart about. We’ve got our desks pushed up against the walls to make room for everyone. Old Sanghvi is a busy part of town with lots of narrow lanes and people moving about. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. You can always hear the sound of traffic and people talking outside. It’s a very lively place to be. Our office doesn't have any fancy air conditioning or glass partitions. We just have some fans and some sturdy old furniture. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to people who stop by. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the noise, but we’re used to it. We like being right in the middle of the neighborhood instead of in some distant office park. It keeps us connected to what’s happening on the ground. We don’t really go for the polished, professional look. We’re just regular people working out of a room in a chawl. It’s honest work and we do it every day, rain or shine. That’s just how it is for us here in Shitole Nagar.
