Vighnaharta Elevators

We set up our office at Santosh Nagar in Katraj quite a few years back. The shop is located at Shop No. 1/5, Sr. No. 120. It is not a very big place, but it works fine for storing our tools and all the spare parts we need for the lifts. Most of the time, we aren't even at the shop because we are out on various sites fixing elevators or doing regular checks. Lifts can be quite tricky and they need someone to keep an eye on them so they don't start making strange noises. We handle the mechanical stuff like cables and motors, and the electrical side too. It is the kind of work that gets your hands covered in grease and oil. We are not the kind of people who show up in suits. We wear our work clothes and we are ready to climb into a lift shaft whenever there is a problem. People around the Katraj area know us because we are local and we show up when they get stuck or when the elevator stops working. We keep a good stock of buttons and sensors so we can fix things quickly without waiting for orders to arrive. My cousin handles the phone and the paperwork while the rest of us are out in the field. This is just how we run things. The shop is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We don't do any big advertising because word of mouth from the neighbors has always been enough for us.
