Kasturi Housing

We are based in New Sangavi, Pune, specifically at the Krishnai Kripa Apartments. Our office is right there in the building, so it feels more like a part of the community than a business park. We have been working in the housing sector here for a while, seeing the whole neighborhood grow and change. The office is a simple place where we keep our project files and have small meetings. Pune is a fast-paced city, and New Sangavi has become quite crowded, so we are always busy with something or other. We handle different types of residential work, helping people with their housing needs without making it too complicated. It is just a small group of us here, and we do not use any marketing speak or flashy brochures. We spend most of our time on the phone with contractors or out at different sites making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get around, so we end up spending a lot of time coordinating things remotely. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and tea cups, and we just work through the tasks as they come. It is honest, local work and we enjoy being part of the local scene here in the Pune 27 area. We do not have big goals, just finishing the next job.
