Our office is tucked away in the Aundh area, specifically at Flat No. 4 in the New Om Apartment building. It is located right on D.P. Road, which stays pretty busy with traffic and people moving about at all hours. We have been running Kasturi Housing Pvt.Ltd from this spot for a good amount of time now. Working in Aundh is convenient because everything you need is close by, though finding a good parking spot can be a bit of a headache for our visitors sometimes. The office itself is kept pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for when guests come in, and quite a few folders stacked up on the shelves. We deal with various housing tasks, mostly focusing on the Pune region since that is the area we know best. It is a local business, so we tend to know the neighbors and the shop owners around the corner. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just us working through the daily grind of permits, site visits, and talking to folks about their future homes. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a short break, but mostly we are buried in the details of whatever project is currently on the desk. Being right on D.P. Road means we get to see the city changing right outside our window. It is a decent place to run a company and we like the pace.
