Kashish Social Foundation

Our office for Kashish Social Foundation is situated in Pune, specifically out toward Yewalewadi on Katraj Road. It is in the Antara building, at flat C-302 on SN 35/1. It’s a growing part of the city, so there is always some construction or something going on nearby. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a routine. The flat isn't huge, but it’s enough for the few of us to sit and work comfortably. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to our files and computers. Most days are pretty quiet, just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don’t have a big team or a lot of resources, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers, and the next you’re trying to fix the printer. We don’t really go in for the corporate office style with cubicles and stuffy rules. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal and friendly. We usually start around nine and stay until the work is finished for the day. Sometimes we have tea on the small balcony when we need a break from the screen. It’s an honest setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure our daily tasks are handled properly. Being in Maharashtra 411048 is convenient for us and we’ve made some good friends in the building. It’s just a normal place where normal people work together to get things done.
