Sumit Group

Sumit Group is located on the second floor of Nana Chamber. We are right near the Bank of Maharashtra in Kasarwadi, over in the Adarsh Nagar part of Vadgaon Sheri. It’s a decent-sized office but nothing over the top. We’ve got a few rooms where different things happen. Some days it’s very quiet and everyone is just typing away. Other days, the phones don’t stop ringing and it feels a bit chaotic. We’ve been in Pune for quite a while now. The building is easy to find once you get to the bank. We don't have a big flashy sign on the street, just our name on the directory. We are a small team and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels more like a family than a workplace most days. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Vadgaon Sheri has grown a lot and we’ve seen the traffic get worse, but we like our spot here. It’s close to everything we need. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just have good chairs and working computers. People stop by to drop off documents or ask questions. We just take things as they come. It’s a steady way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough without too much stress. We stay until the work is finished and the lights are off. It is a simple life.
