Accord Tech Pvt Ltd is based out at Plot No 4, Gat No.281/2 in Kasaramboli. It’s a bit out of the main city, which makes it a little quieter than some of those huge industrial hubs. We focus on technical work and manufacturing here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for our machines and workstations. We spend our days looking at blueprints and trying to get the specs exactly right on whatever we are building. It’s a lot of precise work, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. We have a small team of guys who really know their stuff. Some of them have been in this line of work for decades. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they need something specific made and they heard from someone else that we could do it. The road out to Kasaramboli can be a bit bumpy, especially in the monsoon, but it’s a decent place to work. We have our lunch breaks together under the shade of a big tree outside when the weather allows. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take us to finish. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to start over, but that’s just how it goes in technical manufacturing. We aren't in a rush to be famous.
