Karsan Developers

Our office for Karsan Developers is located at A-133, Sulochana, in the Satyapuram Society over in Ursungi, Pune. We work out of M. V. Mudaliar’s place. Being in the development business in a city like Pune means there is always something moving. Ursungi is a bit away from the main city center, which is actually quite nice because it's a little quieter. We spend our days looking at plans, talking to workers, and trying to get projects finished on time. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the sites. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. The building business can be stressful with all the permits and weather delays, but we just take it as it comes. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the work we do to show people what we’re about. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints everywhere, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Pune has its challenges, like the traffic, but we’ve made a home here in Satyapuram. We just keep building and moving forward, one project after another, without any big fuss or complicated mission statements.
