Karmanye Vadhikaraste Foundation

We’ve been based out of Kharadi for a while now, specifically in the Geras Greensvilla society. It’s a ground floor spot, A2-G02 at S No 64, which is handy because we don’t have to deal with elevators most days. If you know the area behind Eon IT Park, you probably know where we are. It gets pretty busy around here with all the office traffic, but our corner is relatively quiet. Karmanye Vadhikaraste Foundation isn't some big corporate setup with glass walls and fancy receptionists. It’s just us working through our daily tasks. Most mornings start with a quick tea and then we get right into whatever is on the desk for that day. We chose this spot because it's easy for people to find and it feels like a real neighborhood. There’s a lot of walking back and forth to the IT park nearby, so the energy is usually quite high. We spend a lot of time just keeping things moving. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just life in Pune. We aren't trying to do anything flashy or pretend to be more than what we are. We just handle the work that comes our way and try to keep our files in order. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone. We’ve gotten to know the security guards and the folks at the local tea stall pretty well over the months. That’s just how it is here in this part of town.
