You can find us in Wadgaonsheri, Pune. Our office is in the Chaudhari Housing Society, specifically at Laxmi Nivas, Flat F-4. It’s over in Ganesh Nagar. Wadgaonsheri has changed a lot lately with all the new IT parks and stuff nearby. We’re in a more residential pocket of it though. Our office is just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet up to discuss projects. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the development work goes as planned. We spend a lot of time dealing with paperwork and local authorities. It’s not the most exciting work, but it has to be done. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we know how things work here. We aren't interested in being some high-profile developer with billboard ads everywhere. We just want to build things that last and keep our reputation solid in the neighborhood. Ganesh Nagar is a good place to be based. It’s convenient enough to get to other parts of Pune but still has a local feel to it. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a nightmare, but that’s just how it is in this city. We just keep at it, day by day. That is pretty much the whole story for Karia Developers here in Pune.
