Karia Builders

Karia Builders is based in a place called Gangapur. It’s in the Bhudaragad taluka of Kolhapur district. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the main city. We’re mostly working in the rural areas. Gangapur is a quiet village for the most part. We do a lot of building work around these parts. It’s not like building skyscrapers in Mumbai. We work on houses and smaller structures that people need here. We know the land and the people. Our office is just a simple place in the village. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. Most people find out about us just by talking to their neighbors. Word of mouth is how everything happens in a taluka like Bhudaragad. We’ve been doing this for years. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get work done, especially during the monsoon when the rain just doesn't stop. But we manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. Just a local team that knows how to build things properly. We take pride in what we do, even if it’s just a small project. Life in Kolhapur is different from the big cities, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and keep building. That’s what we know how to do. It is simple but it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. No complaints really.
