We are Karan Group Promoters & Builders, and our office is located at C6/4 in Karan Park. We are based in Somnathnagar, which is part of the Wadgaon Sheri area in Pune-14. Since we built Karan Park ourselves, it feels right to have our office here. It’s a good way to show people what we do. We’ve been working as promoters and builders in the Pune area for quite a long time now. We’ve seen Wadgaon Sheri transform from a quiet spot into a very busy part of the city. Our office isn't a high-rise glass box; it’s a comfortable space where we can sit down with people and look at floor plans. We don't have a slick sales pitch or a bunch of marketing brochures. Usually, we just talk about the materials we use and the timelines for the projects. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby and have seen our buildings go up. We spend a lot of time at the construction sites, so the office is often empty until the late afternoon. We are just regular people who know how to manage a building project from start to finish. We like the feeling of seeing a new building stand tall after months of hard work. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep things as simple and honest as possible for everyone involved. Being builders in Pune-14 is what we do best.
