Karan Developers is a small business operating out of Pune. You’ll find our main office at Tarika Society in Modern Colony, specifically in Flat Number 8. We’re care of D.P. Salvi. This is in the Shivtirth Nagar part of Kothrud, just off Paud Road. Using a flat as an office keeps us close to the heart of the residential areas we work in. It’s a quiet place where we can focus on the planning side of our development projects. We don't have a big corporate staff. It’s just a few of us who know how the development process works in Pune. We spend our mornings driving around to different sites and our afternoons back here at the flat dealing with the city authorities and paperwork. We don't have a flashy website or a big sales team. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to show people what we’re capable of. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and local permits, but we know where everything is. Kothrud is a busy area but our little corner of Tarika Society is peaceful. We like it that way because it lets us think. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the country; we just want to build good places for families in our city. It’s a simple goal and we work hard at it every day. Most people just call D.P. Salvi directly when they want to chat.
