Karan Builders Pune

Even though our name is Karan Builders Pune, we actually run things from Rose Cottage on Station Road in Ahmednagar. We are right near the YMCA Ground, which is a big local landmark. Rose Cottage is an older style building that has been our home for quite a while. It’s a busy area with plenty of people walking by and cars honking on Station Road. We focus on building houses and other small structures around this region. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s mostly just a few rooms filled with project folders and samples of tiles and bricks. We don't have a polished receptionist or a high-tech conference room. Usually, we just sit around a big table and talk about the current project over some tea. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal. We know most of our clients by their first names and they often just drop by the office to see how things are going. We’ve been builders for a long time and we’ve learned that the best way to work is to just be honest and straightforward. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk to get jobs. People see the buildings we’ve put up around Ahmednagar and that’s usually enough for them. We enjoy being a part of the local scene and keeping our hands busy with real construction work every day. Station Road is a good place for a local builder to be.
