Kapsi Cottex Private Limited is located right across from the Radhakrishna Talkies in Kawar Nagar. Our office is officially listed as Care of Prakash Y Ambedkar in the Sant Kavarram Society. If you know where the cinema is, you can’t really miss us. It’s a lively spot to work in, and there’s always something going on outside the doors. We deal with cotton and textiles mainly, which keeps the small crew here quite busy throughout the week. The office inside the society is where we handle all the booking and the logs. It's not a giant factory floor right here at this address, it’s more of the heart of the administration side of things. We’ve got a few desks and some files that are probably getting a bit too tall, but we know where everything is. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, although it gets a bit frantic when the harvest season is in full swing and everyone wants their stuff at the same time. We don't have a team of secretaries or a big lobby; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front. It’s a very local way of doing things, and it has worked for us for years now. We just focus on the cotton and let the work speak for itself. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily tasks.
