Our office is tucked away in Citrine 101, which is part of the Nyati Empire in Kharadi. Pune has grown so much lately, especially this side of town. Being in the sugar and manufacturing business means there is always something to track. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people at the factory sites. Kharadi is a busy area now with all the new buildings and IT parks popping up. We are just a small part of that growth. The room here is usually full of ledgers and manufacturing schedules. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We deal with Kanoria Sugar operations from this flat. It’s a practical setup for what we need. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Most of us have worked together for years. We know each other's coffee orders by heart. It is not some big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is more like a workspace where everyone knows where everything is kept. We keep track of shipments and orders. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone sorting it out. That is just how the manufacturing world works. We are just trying to keep the business running smoothly from our corner here in Pune. It is a steady life and we appreciate being here near the city center.
