You can find us at 1203 in Nana Peth. If you know Nana Peth, you know how it is. The streets are narrow and there is always something going on with the carts and the bikes zooming past. Our place is tucked in there with all the other shops. Kanjidevji Thakkar & Company has been sitting in this spot for a good while. We don't really go for anything flashy. The walls inside could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the shelves are mostly filled with whatever we are stocking at the moment. It is a bit cramped inside when more than two people walk in at once. We usually just sit on the wooden stools and handle the orders as they come. It is a lot of paper work and old-fashioned bookkeeping. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day in the heat. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the door to get some light from the street. It’s just a normal business running out of a busy part of the city. People know us by name mostly because we have been here so long. We don't do much advertising. People just know where to find number 1203 when they need something from us. It is just how things are done in this neighborhood. We don't really have a website or anything like that. People just drop by or call the landline if they have a question.
