Our setup is a bit different because we are located at Pachegaon in Beed, specifically at Bhausaheb Dnyandev Bansode’s place. We don't have billboards or flyers. People just know that if they need to talk about their savings or a small multipurpose loan, this is where they come. The atmosphere is very relaxed. You might find us sitting around with a cup of tea while we go over the accounts. We don't use a lot of complicated technology, just what we need to keep things accurate and fair for everyone involved. The village life dictates our schedule mostly. When it’s harvest time, things get a bit quieter, and then it picks up again later. We don't pretend to be some big financial experts from the city. We are just local people who understand how hard it is to manage money in a rural area.
