You can find Kamdar Constructions (P) Ltd over at Green Park II, C 40, in Pune. We’re under the name Sameena M there. It’s right in the 411001 area, which is pretty central. Being in this part of Pune means we are close to a lot of the action, but it also means dealing with the constant noise and the struggle to find parking sometimes. Our office is where we handle all the boring stuff like payroll and planning so that the guys on the sites can actually do their jobs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do good work and keep our clients from getting too frustrated with the usual construction delays. Weather is always a factor here, and so is the availability of materials. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down where a delivery has gone. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The office at Green Park is where we meet to discuss the week's goals. We usually have a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people know where to find us. It’s just us, working hard every day to get things built.
